• Manage simulation and testing schedules

Federal Program Support
• Assist with ARPA‑H, DARPA, DOD, NIH, and CDMRP alignment
• Organize required documentation
• Coordinate submission timelines
• Maintain compliance and formatting standards
Engineering & Technical Operations
• Manage prototype evaluation logistics
• Organize simulation packages and technical briefs
• Support certification documentation workflows
• Coordinate with ACP Technology and ACP Institute teams
Administrative & Institutional Support
• Maintain calendars, schedules, and communication threads
• Prepare structured summaries and progress reports
